1. Introduction
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website at www.nextinline.io (the "Service") operated by Next In Line, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 101 N. Haven St., Maryland, United States. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal information.
2. Business Subscriptions
The Service or portions of it are available to businesses with a paid subscription. End users or clients of businesses may use the Service free of charge.
Billing and Renewal: Business subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (daily, weekly, monthly, or annually) depending on your selected plan. Subscriptions auto-renew under the same terms unless you cancel through your account settings or by contacting us.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for the current billing period, and you retain access through the end of that period.
Fee Changes: We may modify subscription fees at our discretion. We will provide reasonable prior notice, and your continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Free Trials: We may offer free trial periods at our discretion. If you provide billing information for a free trial, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.
Refunds: Paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
